The Kappa series is mouth-blown and inspired by the bubble or kappa, in Swedish that spills over the edge of the mold during the production process. The Kappa vases, big and small, are a tribute to Kosta Boda’s long artisanal history. The new mini vase comes in three shapes, heights, and colorways. A playful take on their predecessors.

About the Designer:
Mimmi Blomqvists background is in illustration and she recently graduated from the University of Arts, Crafts and Design, where she studied ceramics and glass. She worked with both materials during her studies, but was particularly intrigued by glass, which was a new material for her.
